From April 1 through September 30 of each year, the Boxwood Cemetery shall be open during the hours from 6:00 a.m. until 9:30 p.m.; and from October 1 through March 31 of each year, the Boxwood Cemetery shall be open during the hours from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
At all other times, the Boxwood Cemetery shall be closed, and no person shall be in or upon said cemetery grounds during such hours as the cemetery shall be closed.

Any person who shall be in or upon the cemetery grounds during the hours when said cemetery is closed shall be guilty of a violation pursuant to the Penal Law of the State of New York, punishable by a fine of not less than $125 and not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

Flower containers or similar receptacles placed or used in said Boxwood Cemetery shall be 12 inches or less in height, and no more than two such flower containers or receptacles shall be placed on any one grave.

No trees, shrubs, flowers or other vegetation shall be planted at any place in said Boxwood Cemetery without written permission of the Board of Cemetery Commissioners of the Village of Medina, New York.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile, motorcycle, motorbike, minibike, all-terrain vehicle or similar machine or vehicle either upon the roads, roadways and driveways or upon any other portion of the Boxwood Cemetery.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an automobile, truck or similar enclosed passenger vehicle in the Boxwood Cemetery, except upon the roadways and driveways.
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an automobile, truck or similar enclosed passenger vehicle upon the roadways and driveways within said Boxwood Cemetery at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour.
It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter within the boundaries of the Boxwood Cemetery.
It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place or suffer any litter, papers, refuse or debris of any nature upon the ground or any other place within the Boxwood Cemetery, except within the refuse receptacles provided by the Board of Cemetery Commissioners.
It shall be unlawful for any person to wash, wax or otherwise maintain any automobile or motor vehicle or motorcycle within the boundaries of said Boxwood Cemetery.
No flowers or replicas of flowers contained within glass or plastic cubes shall be placed or maintained within the boundaries of the Boxwood Cemetery between April and December 1.
All flower containers or receptacles shall be placed upon the surface of the ground, and no such containers or receptacles shall be embedded or buried, either in whole or in part, below the surface of the ground.

No person shall possess any firearm within the boundaries of the Boxwood Cemetery, except in connection with the conduct of a military funeral or memorial ceremony.

No person shall ride, lead, suffer or permit any horse, pony, mule or donkey within the boundaries of the Boxwood Cemetery.

All gravestones, markers or monuments in the Boxwood Cemetery shall be erected upon a foundation, which shall meet the requirements established from time to time by the Commissioners of the Boxwood Cemetery.

It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully injure, disfigure, remove or destroy any gravestone, monument, work of art, useful or ornamental improvement or any shade tree or ornamental plant situate in the Boxwood Cemetery or to remove from any grave in the Boxwood Cemetery any flowers, memorials or other tokens of affection or other things connected with them.

A cement or metal enclosure is required and shall be used in connection with all interments in the Boxwood Cemetery, except for interments in the potter's field.

All bodies kept in the vault at the Boxwood Cemetery shall be removed therefrom and interred by the 15th day of May following.
