Hearing prior to establishing or increasing fees established; notice.
A.
Any fee under the control of the Board of Selectmen shall only be established or increased after a publicly advertised hearing allowing a minimum of ten (10) days' notice in a publication of general circulation in the town.
B.
At such public hearing, information shall be gathered concerning the proposed increase and voted by the Board.
