The Select Board, with the advice of the Chief of the Fire Department,
shall establish a schedule of fees to be charged for transportation
in the Fire Department ambulance and for emergency medical service
provided by the Fire Department. The fee schedule shall reflect current
costs to the Town for the operation of the ambulance and the providing
of emergency medical services only. Said fee schedule shall be periodically
adjusted to reflect changing costs.
The Town Collector/Treasurer shall receive all payments from
whatever sources for charges issued for the above services.
The Town Administrator shall be authorized to enter into contracts
to facilitate payment of such charges.

The Select Board, or its designee with the recommendation of
the Treasurer/Town Collector, shall have the right to waive charges
for any reason deemed adequate.
This bylaw shall not be subject to the provisions of the Town Code §
94-8A.
