GENERAL REFERENCES
Alarm systems — See Ch. 62.
A.
Each person shall be allowed three (3) false alarms from the same
system within the calendar year. The fee for the next three (3) false
alarms shall be as follows:
B.
After the sixth false alarm, the Fire Chief shall order the user
to discontinue the use of the alarm until such time as the user provides
the Fire Chief with a certificate from an alarm company that the system
is now in proper working order.
