The Orleans Housing Authority is hereby declared to be properly
organized and authorized to transact business and exercise its powers
in accordance with the provisions of the Housing Authority Law of
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The certified copies of the documents showing the proper organization
of the Orleans Housing Authority and the appointment of its members
shall be made a part of this resolution. (These documents are filed
as Document No. 1 in the Document Book of the Authority.)
