[There shall be a Recreation Committee consisting of seven members and one alternate appointed by the Board of Selectmen for terms of three years, such terms to be staggered. Vacancies shall be filled by appointment of the Board of Selectmen for the unexpired term. (Last amended 12-27-2005)]
