As used in this Article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
A paved way constructed adjacent to, but not part of, the
paved roadway, approximately four feet in width and defined by the
limits of its paving (brick, concrete, stone or bituminous concrete).
It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle or horse
upon or lead a horse on any sidewalk in the Town of Hudson.
Each violation of this Article shall be punishable by a fine
not to exceed $5 for the first offense and not to exceed $100 for
the second and subsequent offenses.
