A. 
It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to occupy or use the designated public parks and public municipal facilities other than during those hours hereafter set forth:
(1) 
All public parks and recreational facilities shall be open for public use between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. unless under specific issuance of a special event permit.
(2) 
The El Reno Lake complex shall be open for public use between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. unless a valid camping, fishing, or special event permit has been issued.
B. 
The City Manager shall cause signs of the hours of such parks to be posted therein.
C. 
It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to occupy or use the designated special facilities in the City except between the posted designated or specific event permit hours.
D. 
Any person present in a park during other than the designated hours in this section shall be guilty of trespass.
E. 
Any person who remains on the premises of a park, City recreational facility or other City-owned public facility after being issued a lawful command or demand by a City official having authority to issue such lawful command or demand shall be guilty of trespass and/or disorderly conduct subject to the penalties prescribed under §§ 275-140 and/or 275-106, respectively.
