Editor's Note: Section 3 of this local law provided as follows:
"Notwithstanding any statement to the contrary herein, the current members of the Parks, Recreation and Conservation Board shall continue to hold their offices until the expiration of their current terms, at which time appointment to the vacancy shall be made in accordance with § 124-3."

XIV. This local law also provided that all references to "City Manager" shall be changed to "Mayor."
