The Council of the Borough of Ambridge hereby approves the establishment of special fire police within the Ambridge Volunteer Fire Company in accordance with the Act of June 18, 1941, P.L. 137, as amended, 35 P.S. § 1201 et seq.[1]

The special fire police of the Ambridge Volunteer Fire Company shall be nominated and confirmed and shall have the powers as set forth in the Act of June 18, 1941, P.L. 137.
