A Regional Board of Appeals is established by the Beaver County Regional Council of Governments in accordance with the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act,[1] as amended from time to time.

The Regional Board of Appeals will be applicable to the Borough of Ambridge in matters relating to the Pennsylvania Construction Code Act, as amended from time to time, providing a process for challenging decisions made by the Building Code Official as employed by or retained by the Borough of Ambridge.
The Borough of Ambridge, through its membership in the Beaver County Regional Council of Governments and through its appointed voting delegate, will have a vote on the selection of qualified members of the Regional Board of Appeals.
