The St. Charles County Explosives
Code Sections OSCCMo 635.030, 635.050, 635.060, 635.070, 635.080,
635.090, 635.100, 635.110, 635.120, and 635.130, as amended, one (1)
copy of which is on file in the City offices, are incorporated herein
by reference and adopted as the City of O'Fallon, Missouri, Explosives
Code.

A. Notwithstanding anything contained in any
law or ordinance to the contrary, any person possessing a blasting
license shall submit on or before the fifteenth day of each month
a copy of the blasting log for all blasts during the preceding month.
B. Notwithstanding anything contained in any
law or ordinance to the contrary, for any blast that is required to
be monitored by seismographic instrumentation and/or airblast monitoring
equipment by the Code of the City of O'Fallon, Missouri, any person
possessing a blasting license shall submit on or before the fifteenth
day of each month to the Managing Director of Community Development
of the City of O'Fallon, Missouri, a record of all monitored blasts
for all blasts during the preceding month indicating compliance with
all blasting limitations contained in the Code of the City of O'Fallon,
Missouri.

Any person, firm, or corporation
violating any of the provisions of this Article or the code hereby
adopted, shall upon conviction, for each offense be fined not more
than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be punished by imprisonment
in jail not to exceed three (3) months, or be punished by both fine
and imprisonment. Each day's violation of, or refusal or neglect to
comply with, any provision of this Article or the code hereby adopted,
shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
