A.
It
is the policy of the City of Bridgeton to assure equal opportunity
for all applicants for employment and employees without regard to
race, creed, color, sex, national origin, age or handicap. Such action
includes, but is not limited to, employment, upgrading, demotion or
transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination;
rate of pay or other forms of compensation, and selection for training.
B.
All
members of management of the City of Bridgeton are committed to support
and implement this policy.
