A person commits the offense of indecent exposure if he knowingly exposes his genitals under circumstances in which he knows that his conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm.

A. 
The following acts, when performed in public view or when performed in a manner so as to entice public viewing, shall be deemed a public nuisance detrimental to community standards and are thus prohibited:
1. 
Appearing in the nude.
2. 
Exposure of buttocks and/or anal area.
3. 
Exposure of pubic or genital areas.
4. 
Masturbation.
5. 
Copulation; intercourse.
6. 
Sodomy.
7. 
Urination.
8. 
Defecation.
9. 
Wet "T" shirt contest.

WET "T" SHIRT CONTEST
Any organized contest or spontaneous event or act involving a female participant wherein the outer apparel being worn by said participant is doused or wetted down by use of water or any liquid to reveal and expose the fact that said participant is not wearing any undergarment which would/should cover and conceal participant's breasts or pubic area.
b. 
Conducting and/or participating in a wet "T" shirt contest when performed in public view or in a manner so as to entice public viewing is prohibited.
