The governing body designates the following areas of the City
Council Chambers for use by persons videotaping City Council meetings:
A. The side area beneath the center archway in front of the two main
doors of the City Council Chambers;
B. The center aisle of the City Council Chambers public seating area,
but not obstructing the two intersecting aisles leading toward the
main doors of the City Council Chambers; and
C. The side area after the second window of the City Council Chambers
counting from the main raised stage area.
The area between the main raised stage area and directors'
seating tables shall not be used for videotaping unless expressly
permitted by City Council President.
The City Council Chambers has no electrical outlets in the areas
designated above for use by persons videotaping City Council meetings.
These persons shall supply their own source of power for their videotaping
equipment.
While videotaping, the person shall not narrate the recording,
but may record the actual meeting.
Still photographs may be taken in the City Council Chambers,
subject to all restrictions contained herein that govern the videotaping
of City Council meetings.
City Council may hold its meetings outside City Council Chambers.
At these times, the City Council President shall designate areas of
the meeting room for use by any person videotaping City Council meetings.
