It shall be unlawful to use for profit or for business on a continued basis of more than one day any animal or beast of burden to pull, tow or supply the power for any vehicle or device of any sort, whether wheeled or sled, over the streets of the City of Camden.
The aforesaid practice and use may be engaged in on a one-day basis for parades or celebrations and when the service or activity is for nonprofit or as a gratuity.
