A. 
The aforesaid zones are hereby established by designations, locations and boundaries thereof as set forth and indicated on the Zoning Map dated September 20, 1984. Said map shall be taken as the Zoning Map of the Borough of Lincoln Park, Morris County, New Jersey, and is hereby declared to be part of this chapter.[2]

B. 
O/R Zone. The O/R Zone is described on a map titled "Proposed O/R Zone, Borough of Lincoln Park," dated April 1987, which is made a part of this chapter and is on file at the office of the Borough Clerk.

For zone boundaries as shown on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply:
A. 
The zone boundary lines shown on the Zoning Map are intended to coincide with property lines or the center lines of streets, railroads or drainage courses as they existed at the time of adoption of this chapter, or they are designated on the Zoning Map by figures or dimensions.
B. 
Where zone boundaries are not dimensioned and where such zone lines follow lot lines or scale within 10 feet thereof, such lot lines shall be construed to be the zone boundary line unless specifically shown otherwise.
