The licensing and conduct of games of chance on Sundays is hereby
authorized and permitted, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 5:8-31, subject to
applicable laws and state and municipal rules and regulations.

The Borough Clerk is designated as the issuing authority, as
defined by N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1, and is authorized to approve the granting
of raffle and bingo licenses.
