City of Warson Woods, MO Article I City Incorporation and Seal

Section 100.010 Incorporation As City of The Fourth Class.

Pursuant to Ordinance number 113 passed by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Warson Woods on July 1, 1957, submitted to the electors of the Village of Warson Woods on July 23, 1957, and approved by more than a majority of them on that day, the City of Warson Woods was incorporated as, and is now, a City of the Fourth Class under the laws of the State of Missouri.

Section 100.020 City Seal.

The Official Seal of the City shall be a metallic disc not more than two and one-half (2½) inches in diameter, with the words "City of Warson Woods, St. Louis County, Missouri" engraved in the border, and the word "SEAL" engraved across the center.
