It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the sweeping of parking lots in the City's "C-1" Community Store District or in the "C-2" Planned Commercial District between the times of 10:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays and between the times of 10:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. on all other days. Any violation shall be subject to the penalty prescribed in Section 100.220 of this Code.
No person shall paint, post, place, hang, suspend or affix any
advertisement, card, poster, sign banner or streamer, of any nature,
or for any purpose, or cause the same to be done, on or to any curbstone,
flagstone or any other portion of any street or sidewalk, or upon
any tree or lamp post standing or erected on any public street or
other public place, or upon any pole erected upon any public street,
or other public place, which pole is used to carry telephone wires
or cables, electric light wires or other electric conductors, or to
any hydrant, bridge or other public structure within this City; provided
however, that nothing herein shall apply to any official notice required
by law to be posted by public Officers.
No property owner nor renter nor lessor of property within the
City of Warson Woods is permitted to stable, pasture or board horses,
cattle or other livestock within the confines of the City.
