The Town hereby adopts the provisions of and invokes the option
provided by § 12-144c of Connecticut General Statutes relating
to the waiver of any property tax due in an amount less than $25.
The payment of any property tax due the Town in an amount less than
$25 shall hereby and hereafter be waived, and the office of the Tax
Collector of the Town shall be authorized to adjust its records accordingly.
