A.
A certain
document, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the
City Clerk of the City of St. Robert, being marked and designated
as the City of St. Robert Infrastructure Development Regulations, be and is hereby adopted as the code of the City of St. Robert
for regulating the design criteria, plan requirements and approval
procedures and construction and testing standards for any street or
utility infrastructure to be installed within the City of St. Robert.
B.
This
set of regulations shall be deemed to be the minimum acceptable requirements
that must be met by a developer for all residential and non-residential
infrastructure developments which are intended to be constructed,
installed, replaced, relocated or altered within the City.
