The Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Robert has determined
that there is a need to establish a responsibility of fee payment
from developers who do not meet the design requirements of the St.
Robert Infrastructure Regulations as set forth in the St. Robert City
Code.

Any developer who submits drawings to the City of St. Robert
for review of the City Engineer for code compliance shall be allowed
to submit the drawings for the first time for City Engineer review
at no charge. The developer may be required to make compliance corrections
to his or her drawings after the City Engineer's first review
of said drawings that require a second review by the City Engineer
to insure revision comments have been met, and the developer shall
be allowed to make this second submission at no additional charge.
The developer shall be responsible for any City Engineer's charges
and fees for the third or any subsequent review by the City Engineer
of revision comment compliance.

Prior to the release of any approved drawings by the City of
St. Robert, the developer shall pay the Engineer's review fees
or charges assessed for his or her third and each City Engineer's
compliance review thereafter. Payment shall in good funds be paid
to the Public Works Clerk or person so designated in the absence of
the Public Works Clerk.
