The fiscal year for the City of Breckenridge Hills, Missouri,
shall commence on January first (1st) and terminate on December thirty-first
(31st) following and the books, accounts and reports of the public
officers shall be made to conform thereto.

If the City Treasurer refuses to sign a City check, a meeting
of the City Council shall be held prior to that check being endorsed
by any other person.
