A. 
No person shall keep, raise or harbor any cattle of any kind, including, but not limited to, cows or bulls, bison, hogs, horses, mules, ponies, donkeys, sheep, pigs, goats, jennet, ferrets, or any wild animal or fowl which includes, but is not limited to, chickens, roosters, turkeys, guineas, peacocks, geese or pigeons.

B. 
Exceptions — Pot-Bellied Pig. Pigs must be pedigreed, registered "pot-bellied pig" with appropriate papers registering same. Said pig shall be subject to all provisions of Chapter 225 of this Code with respect to dog and cat regulations.

Any person who shall within this City overdrive, overload, drive when overloaded, ill-treat, torture or unnecessarily or cruelly whip, beat or needlessly mutilate or kill or cause or procure to be overdriven, overloaded or driven when overloaded, ill-treated, tortured, tormented or unnecessarily or cruelly whipped or beaten or needlessly mutilated or killed as aforesaid any dumb animal shall for each offense be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. And the owner of any such animal who shall cause or knowingly permit the same to be treated in any such manner as specified shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by a fine of not less than one dollar ($1.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
