A. The
position of Deputy Clerk is hereby established.
B. The
Deputy City Clerk shall be appointed by the Board of Aldermen.

The Deputy City Clerk shall have all responsibilities of City Clerk as designated in Sections
115.110 through
115.160 in the absence of the City Clerk and that said duties shall be assumed only in the absence of the City Clerk.
