Editor's Note — It should be noted that ord. no. 1243
§1, adopted July 3, 1985, approved a memorandum of understanding
by and between the city of Richmond and the Forestry Division of the
Missouri Department of Conservation which defines the authority and
responsibility of each of the above-named parties and provides for
cooperative plans and actions for the prevention, detection and suppression
of fires and for the use and care of fire equipment and tools furnished
by the Forestry Division for that purpose. Said memorandum is not
set out herein but is on file and available for inspection in the
office of the city clerk.
