A.
A certain
document titled International Residential Code, 2015, published by
the International Code Council, Inc., a copy of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk of Scott City, Missouri, is hereby adopted
as the Residential Code of the City of Scott City, Missouri, for the
control of residential structures as herein provided and all other
regulations, provisions penalties, conditions and terms of the International
Residential Code, 2015, is hereby referred to, adopted and made a
part hereof, as if fully set out in this Code, with additions, insertions,
deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in the Section.
B.
A certain
document titled International Property Maintenance Code, 2015, published
by the International Code Council, Inc., a copy of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk of Scott City, Missouri, is hereby
adopted as the International Property Maintenance Code of the City
of Scott City, Missouri, for the control of residential structures
as herein provided and all other regulations, provisions, penalties,
conditions and terms of the International Property Maintenance Code,
2015, is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if
fully set out in this Code, with additions, insertions, deletions
and changes, if any, prescribed in the Section.
C.
Any person violating the terms of the Residential Code and International Property Maintenance Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished with a fine as set forth in Section 110.010(B) of the Code.
