A.
There
is hereby created the office of Superintendent of Utilities, an executive
office of the City of California, Missouri. The Mayor, with the consent
and approval of the majority of the members of the Board of Aldermen
shall have the power to appoint the Superintendent of Utilities.
B.
The
Superintendent of Utilities shall have charge of the care of all utilities.
C.
His/her
compensation for these additional duties will be determined by the
Board of Aldermen from time to time.
