Editor's Note — Ord. no. 2004-017 §1, adopted September 2, 2003, repealed this article II "construction of commercial buildings and structures" and sections 500.006 — 500.040 as follows: 500.006 "definitions"; 500.007 "permit required"; 500.010 "plans"; 500.020 "administration"; 500.025 "stop order"; 500.030 "interpretation"; 500.033 "standards"; 500.035 "enforcement"; 500.040 "fees". Former sections 500.006 — 500.040 derived from ord. no. 18.106A §§1 — 3, 5 — 10, 1-6-1997. At the editor's discretion, these sections have been reserved for the city's future use.
