No person, firm or corporation shall erect or maintain any dwelling,
house, shed, tent or other structure of any kind on any lot or combination
of lots within the City of California, Missouri, which are within
ten (10) feet of any existing or proposed sewer main or sewer line,
except that this Section shall not apply to structures already existing
on May 3, 1971.
