There is hereby established a fee schedule for copies of documents on file with the Township Clerk, Planning Department or the Police Department. The Township Clerk, Planning Department and the Police Department shall charge persons for copies of documents in accordance with the following schedule:
A. 
Land Use Ordinance (also referred to as the "Township Zoning Ordinance"[1]): $40.

Zoning Map: $5.
C. 
Natural resource inventory: $25.
D. 
Water Master Plan: $25.
E. 
Minutes of the meetings of the Township Council, Land Use Board, Board of Health or any other municipal agency shall be free of charge.

A recording of the meeting of the Township Council, Land Use Board, Board of Health or any other municipal agency shall be at the rate of $1.25 per CD.

Firearms purchase permit: $2.

Firearms identification card: $2.

Wastewater Management Plan: $50.
K. 
Per request for each individual for which a request is made of the Mount Olive Township Police Department to determine whether or not an individual has had involvement with the Mount Olive Township Police Department in connection with misdemeanors or related matters: $10. This fee shall not apply to applications made by government entities. The fee shall also be waived one per resident per year.

The online payment surcharge/convenience fee to be paid to the Township per transaction shall be as follows:
A. 
Taxes: $5.
B. 
Sewer: $1.50.
C. 
Water: $0.50.
D. 
Sewer assessment: $1.50.

The following fee shall be payable by the appropriate homeowner for the cancellation of a tax certificate: $20 for the cancellation of tax sale certificate.

Credit card transactions for taxes, sewer, water, sewer assessment, municipal court and bail payments will be charged a convenience fee of 1.5% to 4% of the transaction amount effective January 1, 2011.
