§ 318-64 Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this Part 1 shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by one or more of the following: by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days or by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or by a period of community service not exceeding 90 days. Each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
