A.
Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection
of those streets described herein and made a part of this chapter.
B.
The traffic signal installation shall be in accordance with the provisions
of An Act Concerning Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulations, Subtitle
I of Title 39 of the New Jersey Statutes Annotated, and shall conform
to the design and shall be maintained in operation as authorized by
the Department of Transportation of the State of New Jersey.
C.

Speed tables. As pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-8.10, a municipality or
county may, without the approval of the Commissioner, construct a
speed hump (table) on two-lane residential streets and on one-way
residential streets under municipal or county jurisdiction with a
