§ 33-3 Signatures.

All drafts or order checks and all transfer orders shall be signed by the Town Clerk or Deputy Clerk, the Town Treasurer or a Deputy Treasurer, and the Town Chair or Town Supervisor designated from time to time by the Town Board.
