The Board of Aldermen hereby adopts a policy that City employees
are required to timely pay all City bills and utilities, and avoid
delinquent account status; and failure to do so will constitute special
grounds for dismissal or discipline by the City Administrator or Mayor,
at the persons so acting discretion.
