The above minimum parking requirements for 1, 2, and 3 or more
bedroom units includes 1/2 space per unit for visitor parking. This
shall be exclusive of any community center, swimming pool, recreation
facility, or community building parking. Parking facilities for recreation
areas, community centers, swimming pools, or community buildings shall
be provided separately on the basis of 1 parking space for each 5
dwelling units in the development, and shall be located within 200
feet of the facility. Each parking space in any garage may be counted
for required parking on the basis of 1 space for each area of at least
10 by 20 feet.
