A.
Membership and terms. The AVGP committee shall consist of five members,
all of which are Allendale residents whom will be appointed by the
Mayor with the approval of the Council. The terms for each committee
member shall be one year. The members of the AVGP committee shall
elect a chair annually.
B.
Duties and responsibilities. The members of the AVGP are responsible
for herding Canada geese away from public areas. The members of the
AVGP shall adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations regarding
the AVGP, which will be approved by the Mayor and Council annually
via resolution.
C.
Compensation. All members of the AVGP shall serve with no compensation.
