No persons shall discharge firearms, rockets, firecrackers,
gunpowder or fireworks of any description, or cause the explosion
of any material or substance, or build bonfires or do any other act
calculated to endanger life or injure property, or to disturb the
peace and quiet of the Village.
Any person, partnership or corporation who or which commits, takes part or assists in any violation of any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to a Type A penalty as set forth in § 1-15 of the Village Code.
