The Village of South Nyack's sewer laws are those adopted
by and in effect in the Town of Orangetown, as codified in Chapters
30 and 30A of the Code of the Town of Orangetown. Said chapters are
hereby incorporated by reference in their entirety, both as such chapters
currently exist or as they may be amended in the future.
Violators of these laws shall be subject to whatever penalties are set forth in the laws set forth in § 251-1. These laws may be enforced by either the Town of Orangetown (by those representatives specifically identified in said law) or by the Building Inspector or the Superintendent of the Village of South Nyack.
