After the effective date of this chapter, no motor vehicle shall
be repaired while parked on any public street within the Village of
South Nyack.
This chapter shall not prohibit emergency repairs of any motor
vehicle which becomes disabled while being operated on any public
street and repairs are necessary to permit the same to be driven or
towed off a public street.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a Type A penalty as set forth in § 1-15 of the Village Code.
