No. 301, adopted 2-20-1987, provided for the continuation of the Zoning Commission as a Planning Commission. A Planning Commission is hereby established for this Borough.

The Planning Commission hereby established shall consist of five citizens of this Borough who shall be appointed by the Council thereof.
A. 
The duties of the Planning Commission hereby established shall include the study and recommendation of boundaries of the various zoning districts and the recommendation of appropriate regulations to be enforced.
B. 
The Planning Commission hereby established shall hold public hearings on any proposed zoning amendments or changes or any subdivision proposals and shall make reports thereon to the Council of this Borough as prescribed by law.
