It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm
as defined in the Uniform Firearms Act (18 Pa. C.S.A. § 6102,
as amended), within the limits of the Borough of Glen Osborne, unless
in defense of person or property.
Any person violating this chapter shall be subject to a fine
not exceeding $600, and in default of payment thereof, to imprisonment
not exceeding 30 days.
