From and after the date of the passage of this chapter, it shall be unlawful to ramp boats in or out of the Ohio River on River Road where the same enters the river, from 9:00 p.m. November 30 to and through 9:00 p.m. March 31 of any year following the passage of this chapter.
From and after the passage of this chapter, it shall be unlawful at any time, day or night, for anyone to permit, build, start, have or assist in having an open fire for any purpose whatsoever, including cooking, along, on or in the beach area of any land, private or public, fronting the Ohio River in the Borough of Glen Osborne.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be liable to a fine, upon conviction, not exceeding $600 for each violation, such fine to be collected as such penalties are provided according to law, and/or 30 days' imprisonment in the Allegheny County Jail.
