[Ordinance No. 294, adopted 4-17-1984, provided for the establishment
and maintenance of a cable communications system in the Borough. Ordinance
No. 358, adopted 6-19-2001, repealed Ord. No. 294 and any ordinances
predating Ord. No. 294 that involved the granting of a cable franchise
or the provision of cable services in the Borough to the extent they
are inconsistent with or violate any of the federal or state laws,
regulations or the provisions of the Borough's cable television franchise
agreement with AT&T Broadband. Complete copies of these ordinances
are on file in the office of the Borough Secretary and available for
inspection during regular office hours.]
