An independent Borough Auditor shall be appointed annually by
resolution of Borough Council.
The independent Auditor shall be a certified public accountant,
registered in Pennsylvania or a firm of certified public accountants
so registered.
The office of Elected Borough Auditor (or controller) is hereby
abolished.
