It shall be unlawful to ride or drive any horse or any vehicle
drawn by horse or any bicycle, motorcycle, automobile or any vehicle
propelled by any mechanical appliance or to skate upon roller skates,
or otherwise, upon, along or across any of the sidewalks, boardwalks
or footwalks of the Borough of Glen Osborne, except as it may be necessary
to cross the same in order to obtain access to property.

Anyone violating any of the provisions of the foregoing section
shall, upon conviction thereof before the District Magistrate, be
subject to a fine of not more than $600 and, in default of the payment
thereof, shall undergo an imprisonment not exceeding 30 days.
