Section 500.020 Earthquake And Seismic Design Requirements.

All construction in the City shall comply with the requirements of Sections 319.200 through 319.207, RSMo., and any amendments thereto, relating to earthquakes and seismic construction requirements.

Section 500.030 Height Of Fences Regulated.

A. No fence shall be erected after August 13, 2003, which shall exceed six (6) feet in height.

B. The owner of the property upon which a fence in excess of six (6) feet is erected after August 13, 2003, shall be responsible for removing said fence from their property at the sole cost of the owner.

C. Any person, firm or corporation found to violate this Section shall be subject to a fine not to be less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Each day that a violation of this Section exists shall be subject to a separate fine.
