This article is adopted pursuant to Article 26 of the Agriculture
and Markets Law of the State of New York and the Village Law of the
State of New York for the promotion of the public welfare and health
and general welfare of the community, including the protection and
preservation of the property of the Village and all its inhabitants,
and of peace and good order in establishing requirements for the restriction
of the number of and types of animals in the Village of McGraw and
to provide for the enforcement thereof.
A violation of this article shall be enforceable consistent with the same procedures contained in the provisions of this chapter in §§
64-7 and
64-8 above.
