Intent. The purpose of the Conservation-Recreation District is to recognize that certain areas within Corbin City are subject to tidal flow and/or flooding and fall within the State Department of Environmental Protection classification of wetlands.
Regulations in District. The use, height and area regulations of this article and those regulations set forth elsewhere in this ordinance where applicable to these sections and general regulations are the regulations in the Conservation-Recreation District.

Public recreational uses associated with the natural environmental and not requiring the construction of any structures, streets or parking.
2. 
Public wildlife preserve designed for passive recreation.
3. 
Dams, culverts and bridges with appropriate state, federal and local approvals.
4. 
Utility transmission lines subject to Planning Board approval.
5. 
No buildings permitted.

Ten acre minimum.
